Returns and Refunds

Items are eligible for returns and refund within 7 days of delivery. The item needs to be the exact way they were shipped.  Otherwise we can only offer store credit 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. 

Custom products are non-refundable 

Issues with Item 

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email rinzeandco@gmail.com. Customers have 7 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 7 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
